Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn paid a courtesy call on the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan Hayashi Yoshimasa in Tokyo today. They  exchanged views on further advancing ASEAN-Japan cooperation in light of the 50th Anniversary of ASEAN-Japan Dialogue Relations this year. They discussed many key elements, including the preparations for the establishment of ASEAN-Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, as well as the outcome documents and deliverables of the ASEAN-Japan Commemorative Summit scheduled to be held in Tokyo in December this year.
