Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr Kao Kim Hourn, had a meeting with the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Korea, Park Jin, in Seoul today. The meeting was followed by a working luncheon hosted by Minister Park and attended by the ASEAN Committee in Seoul (ACS). In their meeting, Dr. Kao and FM Park Jin exchanged views on ASEAN-ROK relations and regional issues, and in particular agreed to work closely together to promote the ASEAN-ROK partnership and cooperation as they celebrate the 35th Anniversary of Dialogue Relations in 2024. ASEAN and ROK also committed to strengthening cooperation in areas that would contribute to peace, stability and prosperity in the region.
