Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn met with Minister of Tourism Arts and Culture of Malaysia Dato Tiong King Sing, at the sidelines of the 27th Meeting of the ASEAN Tourism Ministers in Vientiane today. In their meeting, Dr. Kao and Minister Dato Tiong exchanged views on progress of the implementation of the ASEAN Tourism Strategic Plan 2016-2025, priorities and direction of the ASEAN tourism. Dr. Kao highlighted the importance of focusing on the implementation of key initiatives to realise a more sustainable and resilience tourism development as the region welcomes back more travellers
