Secretary-General of ASEAN, H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this morning met with the Minister for Trade and Investment of South Australia, Hon. Joe Szakacs MP, on the margins of his participation in the Australia-ASEAN Business Forum 2025, in Adelaide, Australia. Both sides underscored a shared vision to enhance economic cooperation between ASEAN and South Australia, and sought ways to leverage opportunities under the frameworks of ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area (AANZFTA) and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Agreement, among others.
