Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today in Sydney met with the Premier of New South Wales, the Hon Chris Minns, MP. During their meeting, the two sides discussed ways to boost trade and investment, as well as people-to-people links, between ASEAN and the state of New South Wales (NSW), paying particular attention to both sides’ particular interests on innovation, digital economy, energy transition. In addition, the meeting exchanged views on potential initiatives to further enhance ASEAN-Australia economic cooperation.
