Secretary-General of ASEAN H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn this afternoon met with the Minister of Post and Telecommunications of Cambodia, H.E. Dr. Chea Vandeth, where they discussed recent developments in digital transformation and digital economy in ASEAN. Dr. Kao also took the opportunity to congratulate the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, under the leadership of Dr. Chea Vandeth, on the successful convening of the Digital Government Forum, which has produced substantive and meaningful outcomes.
