Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today had a bilateral meeting with H.E. Stephan Lang, U.S. Coordinator for International Communications and Information Policy, on the sidelines of the 5th ADGMIN in Bangkok, Thailand. SG Dr. Kao commended the U.S. for the steadfast commitment in digital cooperation between ASEAN and the U.S., particularly in the increasingly critical areas for ASEAN digital economy, such as cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing and undersea cables.
