Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today officiated the Opening Ceremony of the 4th ASEAN Junior Fellowship Programme with the ASEAN Secretariat (AJFP) at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. The four-week programme is being held until 30 August 2025 and enjoys generous support from the governments of Brunei Darussalam and Japan. The Participants of the 4th AJFP comprise of 21 junior fellows from ASEAN Member States and Timor-Leste, where they will undergo attachments at Divisions at the ASEAN Secretariat and will also have engagements with the diplomatic community in Jakarta, interface with entities associated with ASEAN, as well as other activities in Jakarta.
