Secretary-General of ASEAN, H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today delivered the keynote remarks at the 2nd ASEAN Think Tanks Summit (ATTS), held at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. He highlighted the growing importance of Track II dialogue and the crucial role of think tanks in shaping ASEAN’s strategic direction, welcoming greater diversity and inclusivity across Summit panels. SG Dr. Kao called for forward-looking, practical policy recommendations from the academic and research community and urged sustained collaboration with Track II stakeholders to address complex challenges and reinforce ASEAN Centrality in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
