Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated in the 6th AEM-UK Consultation in Manila, the Philippines.
The Meeting welcomed the progress made in the implementation of the ASEAN-UK Economic Integration Programme (EIP) and the ASEAN-UK Economic Work Plan. To mark the 5th Anniversary of ASEAN-UK Dialogue Relations, the Meeting also endorsed the ASEAN-UK Joint Ministerial Declaration on Future Economic Cooperation 2026 and the updated ASEAN-UK Economic Work Plan, which will guide future ASEAN-UK economic cooperation moving forward.
