Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated in the Opening Ceremony of 13^th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Disaster Management (AMMDM) and the 14^th Meeting of the Conference of Parties (COP) to the ASEAN Agreement on Disaster Management and Emergency Response (AADMER) and Related Meetings, held at the Peace Palace, Office of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in Phnom Penh. The Opening Ceremony was presided over by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
