At the invitation of the President of World Economic Forum (WEF), Børge Brende, the Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr Kao Kim Hourn, will participate in WEF’s Special Meeting on Global Collaboration, Growth, and Energy for Development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 28-29 April 2024.
Dr. Kao will also participate in the ASEAN-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Joint Regional Strategy Dialogue, Informal Gathering of World Economic Leaders High-Level Luncheon, as well as hold various bilateral meetings, including with the Minister of Economy of United Arab Emirates Abdulla Bin Touq, the Minister of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Majid Al-Kasabi, and the Secretary-General of GCC Jasem Al Budaiwi, among others.
