At the invitation of H.E. Dr. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, will deliver remarks at the Opening Ceremony of the Digital Government Forum (DGF) 2025, to be held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on 5 December 2025.
The Forum will be officiated by H.E. Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Serving as a key international platform, the DGF highlights the progress in digital government and promotes deeper collaboration among public institutions, private sectors, and development partners. The Forum also features a Digital Technology Exhibition, where government agencies, technology firms, startups, and development partners will present cutting-edge technologies, practical solutions, and innovative applications, alongside digital government products.
