1. Economic Ministers from the ten ASEAN Member States and the Russian Federation (“the Ministers”) met on 11 September 2017 in Manila, Philippines, for the Sixth AEM-Russia Consultations. The Consultations were co-chaired by H.E. Ramon M. Lopez, Secretary of Trade and Industry of the Philippines, and H.E. Alexey Gruzdev, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, representing H.E. Maxim Oreshkin, Minister of Economic Development, the Russian Federation.
