We, the Ministers of Sports of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Japan convened our First ASEAN Plus Japan Ministerial Meeting on Sports (1st AMMS+Japan) in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar on 11 October 2017 under the co-chairmanship of H.E. Dr. Myint Htwe, Minister of Health and Sports of the Republic Union of Myanmar, and H.E. Toshiei Mizuochi, Minister-in-Charge of Sports, Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan.
