The 14th ASEAN Plus Three Labour Ministers Meeting (ALMM) was held on 27 August 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand, and attended by all ASEAN Member States, China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, and the ASEAN Secretariat. The Meeting exchanged views on the theme “Advancing ASEAN Human Capital: Skills Certification towards Global Recognition”. The Meeting reaffirmed commitment to implement the renewed Work Plan of the ASEAN Plus Three in 2026-2030.
The 14th ALMM+3 was preceded by the ASEAN Plus Three Senior Labour Officials Meeting held on 25 August 2026.
