The 2nd Meeting of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Advisory Group on Disaster Management was successfully held on 25 April 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with participation from all ten ASEAN Member States, the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on Disaster Management (AHA Centre) and the ASEAN Secretariat.
In conjunction with the meeting, the following related activities were conducted from 23–25 April 2025 at the same venue:
- Validation Workshop of the ASEAN Emergency Telecommunication Network (ETN) Master Plan and Capacity Building Plan
- Validation Workshop of the Supply Chain Management IT Feasibility Study
- 1st Consultative Meeting on the ICT Roadmap on Disaster Management Evaluation
These efforts reflect ASEAN’s strong commitment to enhancing regional coordination, digital preparedness and resilience in disaster management.
