The CPR and DSG APSC held a working lunch with Mdm. Cao Saixian, Director-General of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government. During the meeting, both parties discussed concrete ways to strengthen relations and enhance cooperation between Shenzhen and ASEAN Member States across various sectors.
During their stay in Shenzhen, the delegation visited several leading Chinese technology companies, including SenseTime (a leading AI software company), Mindray (specializing in AI-powered healthcare solutions), and BYD Headquarters. The Shenzhen visit concluded with a tour of Huawei’s Ox Horn Campus.
