The 16th ASEAN Health Ministers Meeting (AHMM) and Related Meetings was conducted on 5 – 9 August 2024 and served as a platform to establish strategic directions to sustain and scale-up the use of the outcomes or achievement of the ASEAN Health Sector based on its ASEAN Post 2015 Health Development Agenda 2021-2025. The series of meeting included five ministerial meetings with joint statements as shown below:

- 10th ASEAN Plus Three Health Ministers Meeting (APTHMM)
- 9th ASEAN China Health Ministers Meeting (ACHMM)
- 2nd ASEAN Republic of Korea Health Ministers Meeting (AROKHMM)
- ASEAN-United States (U.S.) Special Session Health Ministerial
- 2nd ASEAN Finance and Health Ministers Meeting (AFHMM)
