The 22nd Meeting of ASEAN-Russia Joint Cooperation Committee was held on 3 April 2024 at ASEAN Headquarters in Jakarta to discuss progress of ASEAN-Russia Relations, including the status of implementation of the Comprehensive Plan of Action (CPA) to Implement ASEAN and the Russian Federation Strategic Partnership (2021-2025) and possible areas of future cooperation to further strengthen the ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership.

Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia to ASEAN Heng Sarith and Ambassador of the Russian Federation to ASEAN Evgeny Zagaynov co-chaired the Meeting. The Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN or their representatives were in attendance along with representatives from the ASEAN Secretariat. Representatives from Timor-Leste also attended as Observer.
