Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today delivered remarks at the Opening Ceremony of the 10th ASEAN Ministerial Conference on Cybersecurity, in Singapore.
In his remarks, Dr. Kao underscored the importance of strengthening ASEAN’s cybersecurity architecture through cohesive policies, enhanced capacity, and cross-pillar collaboration to address evolving threats from emerging technologies, while continuing to work with external partners to promote responsible behaviour and stability in cyberspace.
