WE, the ASEAN Plus Three Ministerial Meeting on Youth, convened via video conference on 21 August 2026, for the Tenth ASEAN Plus Three Ministerial Meeting on Youth (10th AMMY+3), under the co-chairpersonship of the Philippines and Japan.

1. We applaud the successful convening of the Thirteenth and Fourteenth ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials Meeting on Youth (13th and 14th SOMY+3), held on 29 April 2025 in Manila, Philippines, and on 20 August 2026 via videoconference, respectively.
2. We reaffirm the significance of the key findings outlined in the Reports of the Thirteenth and Fourteenth ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials Meeting on Youth (13th SOMY+3 and 14th SOMY+3), presented by the Philippines and Japan as Co-Chairs, on the progress of ASEAN Plus Three cooperation on youth since the convening of the 9th AMMY+3 on 30 November 2024.
