1. The ASEAN-Russia Ministerial Meeting on Science, Technology and Innovation (ARMMSTI) was held virtually on 14 February 2023. H.E. Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary Mustapha, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications of Brunei Darussalam and H.E. Valery Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, co-chaired the Meeting.

2. We recalled the milestones and achievements of ASEAN-Russia Dialogue Relations over the course of 26 years, including the 5^th anniversary of the ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership in 2023, and reaffirmed the intention to strengthen the strategic partnership between the ASEAN Member States and the Russian Federation in STI in order to achieve sustainable economic development in the region.
