Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Political-Security Community, H.E. Dato’ Astanah Abdul Aziz, today welcomed the Ambassador of New Zealand to ASEAN, H.E. Stuart Calman, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat, to officially deposit the Instrument of Ratification (IOR) for the Second Protocol to Amend the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area (AANZFTA). This marks a significant step toward the implementation of the Second Protocol of AANZFTA and underscores New Zealand’s commitment to advancing regional economic integration.
