We the ASEAN Ministers Meeting on Rural Development and Poverty Eradication;

HAVING gathered on 22 November 2023 in Singapore for the Thirteenth ASEAN Ministers Meeting on Rural Development and Poverty Eradication (13th AMRDPE) hosted by Singapore adopted the theme “Strengthening Community-based Approaches and Social Protection for Poverty Alleviation” for the meetings and forum;

REAFFIRMING our commitment to pursue transformative rural and community development to alleviate poverty in the region towards improving the socio-economic conditions of poor people and assist the poorest groups to benefit from development;
