A Media Operation Center responsible for communication inquiries and media matters will be set up at the Shangri-La from 31 August to 5 September 2004.

Only registered media representatives will be allowed to cover the official functions. Identification cards, which will also serve as the Press Accreditation Card, will be issued to media representatives duly registered with the Media Operation Center.
