The Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, delivered his remarks at the Opening Ceremony of the 20th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Science, Technology, and Innovation (AMMSTI-20) in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Officiated by the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, the ceremony symbolized the strong commitment of Cambodia for the development of science, technology, and innovation in the country and in the region. It also delineated synergy to leverage and succeed strategies for science, technology, and innovation within ASEAN Member States. Prior to the Opening Ceremony, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn also joined other Ministers in paying a courtesy call on the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
