Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, met with the Minister of Justice of Japan, H.E. Keisuke Suzuki, on 18 December 2024 in Tokyo, Japan. They discussed the implementation of the ASEAN-Japan Work Plan on Law and Justice. Dr. Kao shared the importance of ASEAN-Japan cooperation in the field of law and justice to strengthen ASEAN’s efforts in promoting the rule of law and rules-based ASEAN and looked forward to the continued collaboration and future activities to implement the Work Plan.
