At the invitation of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA), Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn will attend the 15th ASEAN and Asia Forum on 4 August in Singapore. Dr Kao will deliver a keynote speech on the topic of ‘ASEAN Centrality in an Era of Prolonged Disruptions’.
The ASEAN and Asia Forum is SIIA’s flagship event where regional policymakers and business leaders meet to discuss issues related to ASEAN and Asia regions. This year’s theme is ‘Rebuilding Resilience in a Prolonged Polycrisis’.
