1. The Fifteenth ASEAN Plus Three Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (15^th AMMTC + 3) Consultation was held in Melaka, Malaysia, on 11 September 2025, and chaired by Malaysia, under the theme “Inclusivity and Sustainability.”

2. We acknowledged the outcomes of the Twenty-Second ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (22^nd SOMTC + 3) Consultation convened in Putrajaya, Malaysia, on 26 June 2025, the Fourth ASEAN Directors-General of Immigration Departments and Heads of Consular Affairs Divisions of Ministries of Foreign Affairs Meeting Plus Three (4^th DGICM + 3) Consultation convened in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam, on 14 August 2025; and the Preparatory SOMTC + 3 for the 15^th AMMTC + 3 Consultation convened in Melaka, Malaysia, on 9 September 2025.
