Labuan Bajo, Indonesia, 22 August 2023 

1. The Fourth ASEAN Plus Republic of Korea Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (4^th AMMTC + ROK) Consultation was convened in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia on 22 August 2023. The Consultation was co-chaired by the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and the ROK.
2. We took note of the outcomes of the Sixteenth ASEAN Plus ROK Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (16^th SOMTC + ROK) Consultation held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia on 22 June 2023, including the implementation progress of the SOMTC-ROK Work Plan for Cooperation to Prevent and Combat Transnational Crime (2019-2023) and the agreement to extend the period of implementation of the Work Plan to 2025. We looked forward to its full and effective implementation in the next two years.
