1. 1. The Tenth ASEAN Plus China Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (10^th AMMTC + China) Consultation was held in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia on 22 August 2023. The Consultation was co-chaired by the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the People’s Republic of China.
   2. We took note of the outcomes of the Twentieth ASEAN Plus China Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (20^th SOMTC + China) Consultation held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia on 22 June 2023, including the progress of implementation of the ASEAN-China Work Plan on Cooperation in the Field of Non-Traditional Security Issues 2019-2023.
