1. The Tenth ASEAN Plus Japan Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (10^th AMMTC + Japan) Consultation was convened in Melaka, Malaysia, on 11 September 2025. The Consultation was co-chaired by Singapore and Japan.
2. We took note of the outcomes of the Twenty-First ASEAN Plus Japan Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (21^st SOMTC + Japan) Consultation held in Putrajaya, Malaysia, on 26 June 2025, and the Preparatory SOMTC + Japan for the 10^th AMMTC + Japan Consultation held on 9 September 2025, in Melaka, Malaysia.
