1. The Ninth ASEAN Plus China Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime (9^th AMMTC + China) Consultation was held on 22 September 2022 via videoconference. The Consultation was co-chaired by the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the People’s Republic of China.

2. We took note of the outcomes of the Nineteenth ASEAN Plus China Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (19^th SOMTC + China) Consultation held on 20 July 2022 via videoconference and the Preparatory SOMTC + China for the 9^th AMMTC + China Consultation held on 20 September 2022 via videoconference.
